Geothermal Heating / Aerothermal heat pumps

Aero-Thermal Heat Pump : Domestic

  • Air-to-Water Heat Pumps operate on a similar basis to ground-to-water heat pumps, the source of heat in the aero-thermal system being the surrounding air.

  • The Solair Aerothermal (Air-to-Water) Heat Pump is available in a range of models up to 500kw, is easily installed and requires little space.

  • The Alpha-innoTec Solair small-scale units are ideally suited for apartments and small domestic houses. They can be wall mounted so that very little space is required within the home.

  • Solair air-to-water heat pumps provide the option of being installed either indoors or outdoors to suit buildings of all sizes, outdoor models being weatherproof and robust.

  • When an outdoor installation is not possible, indoor models which are both elegant and compact, can be installed.

  • The Solair system caters very well for low-energy solutions, with a small exclusive outdoor model now on offer, designed to fit on an external wall.

  • Some Air-to-Water heat pumps are suitable for those modernising an older building but all are suited to new build situations.

  • Higher temperatures can be attained with specific models to suit those wishing to retain their existing radiators. This minimises expenditure when renovating but can achieve the delivery of significant outcomes.

  • All components are incorporated within a slim, easy-to-fit, elegant but sturdy unit, allowing for a faster and therefore more economical installation process.

  • The Luxtronic wall controller which is fitted represents the most sophisticated intelligent controller technology on offer.

  • It is menu-driven and equipped with a graphics display permitting great control and flexibility over hot water loading, internal heating programmes and time switches.

  • One specific Solair model facilitates the heat station being linked to solar panels, if boosting hot water through this option is desired .
